Enquiries and bookings

If you request information or help after the AI work quiz, we store your email, persona result, selected request and submission time in the website’s Cloudflare database so we can respond. Your individual quiz answers stay in your browser and are not submitted with the enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

We use the contact details and information you provide to answer questions, arrange meetings and discuss or deliver our services. Email uses Google Workspace. The contact form stores your name, email, selected interests, optional message, your optional answer to how you heard about me, and the time you accepted the privacy notice in the website’s Cloudflare database. Enquiry notifications are sent via SMTP2GO and, when configured, to our enquiry-handling system through a webhook so we can follow up. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

For the on-site calendar picker, Google Calendar checks availability in Johannes’s Sengi calendar. The website displays available times, not existing event titles or attendee details. When you confirm a booking, we send your name, email, chosen time and optional note to Google Calendar to create the meeting and request a Google Meet link. We also store the booking and its status in the website’s Cloudflare database. If Google Calendar cannot verify a booking, the request stays pending until it can be checked. During the transition, Morgen may still process existing bookings or serve as the booking provider until direct Google access is configured; legacy requests that need personal follow-up may be sent to Johannes through the enquiry notification services.

During booking confirmation, this tab temporarily stores your request ID, selected time and submitted contact details so an interrupted request can be checked again without creating a second meeting. The record is cleared after confirmation or a definitive failure and expires after 24 hours. It is functional booking storage, separate from optional analytics.

Form submissions, including your name, email, selected interests and any information you include in your message, may be processed using ChatGPT (provided by OpenAI) to help us understand and summarise your enquiry and prepare a response. Submissions and related follow-up notes may also be stored in Notion to organise enquiries and manage follow-up. This processing is separate from optional website analytics and advertising measurement.

We process enquiries to take steps towards a contract at your request, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts. Contract delivery and legal obligations provide the basis for the records needed for those purposes.

Enquiries and bookings that do not become business relationships are removed 12 months after the last contact under our enquiry policy. Contractual and legally required records may need to be kept longer.

Website hosting

This version of the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, provided by OpenAI, using Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery. OVH is no longer the host for this version.

Serving and protecting the website involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser or connection information. OpenAI and Cloudflare may process technical logs and security data. Any ChatGPT sign-in or platform account is separate from Sengi’s analytics, and is governed by the platform’s own terms.

Our purpose is to provide a working, reliable and secure website, based on our legitimate interests. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their processing.

To display coaching prices in a local currency, the website uses the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare for the current request. This does not request your device’s precise location, set a currency cookie or save the country in our application database. If the country is unknown or has no configured currency, prices are shown in USD.

Limited website analytics

We use PostHog EU Cloud to understand which pages are useful, how visitors move through the site, where they click, how far they scroll and how much time they spend with a page visible. This starts only after you consent to website analytics and helps us improve the website and understand interest in our services. Consent is the legal basis.

Events include the page path, time, a mobile or desktop category, scroll depth and active time. Link and button clicks include their visible label or accessibility label, page section and destination host and path. PostHog also receives the referring website’s origin (without its path), and short campaign labels from utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term when present. When a Google Ads click marker (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) is present, we derive Google / paid-click source labels without sending the identifier to PostHog. Explicit campaign labels take precedence. The latest observed campaign is used for event attribution; the visit summary also retains the first observed source. Email, phone and booking-link clicks are counted separately; a click does not confirm an enquiry or completed booking. Booking forms also send consented progress events: the step reached, field names started or completed (never their values), validation categories, available-option counts, submission outcomes and time spent with the form visible. A random form-session ID connects these events in page memory. Leaving a page may send the last step reached; switching tabs alone is not treated as abandonment. A separate booking_request_submitted event confirms that the server saved a contact request, not that a meeting has taken place. For visitors who consent to analytics, this event includes a random enquiry ID, the first page observed after consent, up to 20 recent page paths and campaign labels. This ID lets us connect the event to the enquiry internally; we do not send names, emails, messages or answers from the form to PostHog. PostHog does not capture other form values, other URL query parameters or fragments, session recordings, person profiles or advertising identifiers.

A randomly generated identifier connects activity during navigation in the current page session. It is held in memory, without analytics cookies, local storage or session storage. A full reload or a new visit starts a new identifier. These events are pseudonymous. When you submit an enquiry with analytics consent, its random ID connects that event to your enquiry in our own records. PostHog does not receive your name or email.

With analytics consent, we also keep a limited visit summary in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours: first observed page, external referring domain, short campaign labels, and up to 20 recent page paths. No observations are collected before analytics consent. The summary is cleared when consent is withdrawn and is saved with a submitted enquiry, including in the notification to Johannes, so attribution remains available if an analytics request fails. Saved summaries follow the enquiry retention policy above; contact us to remove one. Missing attribution is treated as unknown, not proof of a direct visit. The optional “How did you hear about me?” answer works without analytics consent.

IP-based geolocation is disabled and the PostHog project is configured to discard client IP addresses from stored events. PostHog still receives your IP address and other network information when your browser connects to its servers. We do not send ChatGPT account details to PostHog.

Analytics is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block PostHog requests with your browser’s privacy tools. See our cookie notice for the distinction between our analytics and platform storage.

Advertising measurement and company identification

Google Ads measures page visits and successful contact requests. Before or without advertising consent, Google's Consent Mode sends cookieless signals with advertising storage, advertising user data and personalisation denied. These signals support aggregate conversion modelling; they are not a guarantee of anonymous processing. Google receives technical connection information such as IP address and browser details. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these requests entirely.

With advertising consent, Google may use advertising cookies and click identifiers for attribution. We also save available Google click IDs with your enquiry and make consented conversion records available to Google through a protected server connection. Records contain an enquiry ID, submission time, click IDs, consent status and a nominal measurement value of EUR 1, not your name, email or message. Click attribution is retained in tab session storage for at most 30 days and cleared when you withdraw consent. Server attribution records leave the import feed after 30 days; their attribution fields are cleared on the next feed read. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; contact us to remove a pending server record. Google ad personalisation stays disabled. With your separate consent to advertising measurement, we load the OpenAI Measurement Pixel. It uses advertising attribution and browser references, and receives technical connection information such as IP address and browser details. After consent, we send a page_viewed event for the current page and subsequent page navigation. This supports measuring the effectiveness of our advertising. Cookie names and lifetimes are listed in our cookie notice. We do not manually supply names, emails or phone numbers to the pixel or add purchase, lead or booking conversion events.

OpenAI’s optional automatic advanced matching, if enabled in the advertising account, can detect customer details on a website and send hashed identifiers with conversion events. OpenAI’s Conversion Terms, Ad Tools DPA and privacy policy describe its processing. Under the Conversion Terms, Sengi and OpenAI generally act as independent controllers, except where Restricted Processing applies.

With your separate consent to company identification, Lemlist processes visit activity and network information to identify visiting companies and help us follow up on business interest. Its website visitor service uses Snitcher for company identification. Read Lemlist’s privacy policy. Refusing any optional purpose does not affect access to this website.

Use Cookie settings on any page to withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. This stops future optional processing; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Consent choices are remembered for 180 days. Browser privacy signals also disable optional tracking.

Providers and international processing

PostHog EU Cloud stores analytics in Frankfurt, Germany. Choosing the EU region does not mean that all provider support or other processing is exclusively within the EEA. OpenAI and Cloudflare operate international infrastructure; we do not promise an EU-only location for website delivery.

Provider terms describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Details and links are on our data-processing page.

Analytics and technical-log retention

Resetting the temporary browser identifier does not delete events already sent to PostHog. No automatic deletion deadline is currently enforced in our analytics project, so events remain until deleted or removed under the provider’s applicable retention terms. Google Ads, OpenAI advertising and Lemlist visitor data already received follow their applicable service retention terms; browser-cookie deletion does not delete those records. We have not verified a fixed account-level deletion period for these services. Hosting and security logs follow the relevant provider’s retention policies. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for logs controlled by the hosting platform.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, such as website security. Contact [email protected]. If you submitted an enquiry with analytics consent, we can use its enquiry ID to locate the linked booking event. For visits without an enquiry, we may be unable to locate your particular events from your name or email alone. We will explain what we can identify without collecting unnecessary additional information.

You can complain to Sweden’s data protection authority, IMY. We do not use website analytics to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
