Cookies and your choices.

Optional tracking starts only with your permission.

Updated 9 October 2026.

. You can reject all optional tracking or choose each purpose separately. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; it does not undo processing already carried out. The website works without optional tracking.

What we store and why

Our consent preference, sengi_consent_v1, is essential local storage on this website. It contains your choices, the notice version and a timestamp, with no visitor identifier. We treat it as expired after 180 days and ask again; your browser may retain the expired record until your next choice or until you clear storage. When storage is blocked, your choice lasts only in the current page session.

When you confirm a consultation booking, this tab keeps the submitted request and a random request ID in session storage for up to 24 hours. This lets the website check an interrupted confirmation without creating a duplicate meeting. The record includes your chosen time, name, email and optional note, and is cleared after confirmation or a definitive failure. It is used for the booking, not for advertising. Closing the tab ends its session storage.

Website analytics: PostHog

Only after you allow website analytics, PostHog EU Cloud receives limited page, click, engagement, booking-progress and successful-request events. Booking-progress events contain step names, field names (not values), validation categories, option counts, submission outcomes and visible time, linked by a random form-session ID held only in page memory. Successful-request events contain a random enquiry ID so we can connect them to the enquiry internally, but never its name, email or message. Identifiers stay in page memory; the PostHog SDK has persistent storage and session recordings disabled. Separately, our consented sengi_booking_journey_v1 session-storage entry holds a first observed page, referring domain, short campaign labels (including Google / paid-click labels derived from Google Ads URL markers, without storing those identifiers in analytics) and up to 20 recent page paths for at most 24 hours, capped to this tab’s lifetime. It is cleared on withdrawal. A submitted enquiry saves that summary in our database; see the privacy notice for retention. The temporary identifier resets on a full reload. The legacy sengi_analytics_disabled local-storage preference, if present, continues to suppress analytics until removed; it has no automatic expiry.

Advertising measurement: OpenAI

Only after you allow advertising measurement, we load the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to support attribution of website activity to advertising. It uses first-party cookies on our domain and shares measurement information with OpenAI.

  • __oppref: the advertising attribution reference from a landing-page link. Expires 30 days after it is written; capturing a new reference resets that period.
  • __obref: a randomly generated browser reference. Expires 365 days after creation.

Withdrawing advertising consent calls the pixel’s consent control and removes these cookies. Browser restrictions may shorten their lifetime. Cookie lifetimes are separate from OpenAI’s retention of data already received. See OpenAI’s pixel documentation and our privacy notice.

Advertising measurement: Google Ads

The Google tag loads in Consent Mode with advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and analytics storage denied by default. Without advertising consent, it sends cookieless page and successful-request signals for aggregate modelling. We omit enquiry IDs and ad-click IDs from these signals and do not enable URL passthrough. Google still receives technical connection information. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop all Google tag requests.

Only after you allow advertising measurement can Google use advertising cookies and attribution identifiers. Its first-party _gcl_* cookies normally last 90 days. Our sengi_ads_click_v1 session-storage entry retains available click IDs in this tab for up to 30 days, so navigation to the contact form does not lose attribution. Consented click IDs are also saved with successful requests for a protected Google Ads server import. No names, emails or messages are in that feed. See our privacy notice for server retention.

Withdrawal updates Google's consent settings, clears our click-attribution storage and accessible _gcl_* cookies, and stops future identifier-based tracking. Cookieless signals continue unless your browser sends a privacy signal. Cookies on Google's own domains are outside this site's control. See Google’s cookie information.

Company identification: Lemlist

Only after you allow company identification, we load the existing Lemlist visitor tracker. It processes visit and network information to help identify companies interested in Sengi’s services for sales follow-up. This permission is separate from analytics and advertising measurement. Withdrawing it reloads the page to stop the running tracker. See Lemlist’s privacy policy for its processing and storage practices.

Hosting and external services

OpenAI and Cloudflare provide hosting, delivery and security. Provider-controlled essential storage depends on the access flow; see OpenAI’s cookie policy and Cloudflare’s cookie policy. External booking and social links open separate services with their own notices; we do not embed them as trackers.

Changing your mind

Use the Cookie settings button available on every page. Accept all and Reject all are equally accessible, and optional purposes are initially off. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep optional trackers disabled. Changes made in another tab apply here too. You can also clear stored data through your browser. Questions: [email protected].
