On 13 August, we ran a workshop at Uppsala Business Park for life-science professionals already using ChatGPT or Claude. We explored the next step: giving AI a defined job, the right context and a workspace where it can help carry out the work.
Using Claude Cowork and Codex Work, we discussed how to set up a project, give an agent useful instructions and connect it with existing tools and workflows. Participants brought questions from their own work, from preparing documents to keeping longer projects structured.
Sensitive company data was an important part of the conversation. We discussed what gets shared, what needs to stay private and when on-device AI might be worth considering. Thank you to Daniel, Uppsala Business Park and everyone who joined for the thoughtful questions and open discussion.
